2 Assessment & Inspection
Our team will take steps to identify the apparent source of the water damage; however, please be advised that our services do not include plumbing repairs. To ensure a comprehensive solution, we can coordinate with licensed, expert plumbers to professionally address and repair the source of active leaks. The successful repair of the leak by a qualified plumber is a necessary prerequisite for our team to proceed with effective water mitigation and structural drying services.
3 Water Removal & Mitigation
We deploy commercial-grade extraction equipment to remove all standing water, then establish critical containment barriers and negative air pressure with HEPA-filtered air scrubbers to prevent cross-contamination. Following extraction, we conduct a comprehensive moisture assessment using calibrated meters and infrared thermography to identify all hidden intrusion points. This allows us to initiate protocols that inhibit microbial growth and prevent further material degradation, ensuring a thorough and professional response.
4 Drying & Dehumidifying
Our structural drying strategy is predicated on the principles of applied psychrometry—the science of managing air, temperature, and water vapor to achieve optimal drying conditions. We document progress against a pre-determined dry standard until all affected materials are returned to their pre-loss moisture levels, ensuring a thorough and scientifically-verified dry-out.
